Order Processing:
All Filmmaking Planner orders are processed within 1-3 business days by Filmmaking Planner.

Shipping Time:
Once Filmmaking Planner completes the processing of your order, the shipping time will depend on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service delays or customs clearance.

United States: Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days.

International: Standard international shipping times vary and may take 2-4 weeks, depending on the destination. 

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on your location and the selected shipping method provided by Bookvault. Please review the shipping costs before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information:
Once Filmmaking Planner ships your order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please ensure you select postage with tracking to track your order. Untracked orders cannot be traced. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If you have opted for a tracked service and there is no tracking information, or the courier has lost the consignment, we could claim with the courier and reprint your books and send them. 

Customs and Import Taxes:
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. All orders sent overseas from Bookvault UK will be sent via DDU (Dispatch Duty Unpaid), which means that any customs or taxes will be charged at the point of delivery.

Address Accuracy:
Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete during the checkout process on Filmmaking Planner. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package. You can edit the address until the order is scanned into dispatch. When editing the address, you are also able to alter the dispatch
